This page explains, in plain terms, what happens to information you share with Superior West Works through this website.
What we collect
If you use the contact form, we receive the information you enter: your name, business or organization, email address, phone number (optional), the type of project, and your message. If you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.
How we use it
We use this information only to reply to you and to talk with you about the work you asked about. We do not sell, rent, or share it for marketing, and we won’t add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.
Who processes your information
- Web3Forms (form processor). When you send the contact form, your submission goes to Web3Forms, which delivers it to our email inbox. Web3Forms may run your IP address and email address through spam filters, and it keeps submission records for a limited time under its own policy. See the Web3Forms privacy policy.
- Google (Gmail). Messages arrive in, and replies are sent from, our Gmail account.
- Cloudflare (website hosting). Cloudflare hosts this website and may process basic technical data, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver pages and protect the site.
This site doesn’t use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Fonts are served from this website itself, not from a third-party font service.
Keeping or removing your information
We keep correspondence only as long as it’s useful for working with you. If you’d like us to delete your messages or contact details, email us and we will.
